The Giants signed Nugent to a contract during the season but he was cut loose soon after and caught on with the Bears. The Raiders signed Nugent to a contract during the 2018 preseason before he eventually landed on injured reserve.
Nugent signed with the Patriots in October of last year but was cut loose after a few weeks.
In 2019, Nugent appeared in four games for New England and converted five of eight field-goal attempts (62.5 percent) and 15 of 16 extra-point attempts (93.8 percent).
