Cardinals Sign LB Tanner Vallejo To PS, Release OL Ian Silberman

The Arizona Cardinals officially signed LB Tanner Vallejo to their practice squad on Wednesday and released OL Ian Silverman from the unit.

Vallejo, 24, is a former sixth-round pick by the Bills out of Boise State in the 2017 NFL Draft. He was in the second year of his four-year rookie contract when the Bills waived him at the start of the 2018 season.

The Browns claimed Vallejo off of waivers last year before placing him on injured reserve. From there, Vallejo was claimed by the Cardinals, but wound up being among their final roster cuts. 

The Redskins claimed Vallejo waivers before recently cutting him loose. 

In 2018, Vallejo appeared in 13 games for the Browns and recorded 27 total tackles, no sacks and a forced fumble.
