Jason La Canfora reports that CFL WRย Duron Carter made his first NFL visit Tuesday with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

According to La Canfora, Carter is scheduled to visit with the Vikings, Chiefs and Colts in the coming weeks.

La Canfora adds that if Carter does not reach an agreementย with one of these teams, he’ll visit with the Ravens, Seahawks, 49ers and Cardinals in the second leg of his tour.

For what it’s worth, La Canfora expects the Colts to be “particularly aggressive” in trying to sign Carter.

Previous reports have said that there will be a lot of interest in Carter, so this newsย shouldn’t come as much of a surprise.

Carter’s contract with theย Montreal Alouettes ended a few monthsย ago and he is now able to make visits with the NFL teams.ย It’s worth mentioning thatย Carter cannot sign with an NFL team until next February.

Carter, 23, caughtย 75 passes forย 1,030 yards andย seven touchdowns to go along with 40 yards rushing.

We’ll have more updates regarding Carter and his NFL options as the news is available.
