According to Adam Schefter, Chargers restricted free agent WR Tyrell Williams has officially signed his one-year tender for the 2018 season on Monday.
Los Angles placed the second-round tender on Williams, which cost them $2.914 million for the 2018 season.
Williams, 26, wound up signing on with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Western Oregon back in 2015. He managed to make the Chargers’ 53-man roster the past two years and is in line to be an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
In 2017, Williams appeared in all 16 games for the Chargers and caught 43 passes for 728 yards receiving and four touchdowns.
