The Los Angeles Chargers announced Wednesday that they’ve re-signed WR Andre Patton to their practice squad and released TE Matt Sokol from the unit.
Here’s the Chargers updated practice squad:

- WR Artavis Scott (Injured)
- RB Detrez Newsome
- OL Chris Brown
- OL Spencer Drango
- WR Jason Moore
- TE Stephen Anderson
- WR Anthony Johnson
- DB Tevaughn Campbell
- DB Adarius Pickett
- WR Andre Patton
Patton, 25, wound up going undrafted out of Rutgers back in 2017. He later signed on with the Chargers, but was waived coming out of the preseason.
Since then, Patton has been on and off of the Chargers’ practice squad the past two years.
During his college career at Rutgers, Patton caught 90 passes for 1,164 yards receiving and 10 touchdowns over the course of four seasons and 30 games.
