Futures deals are essentially camp invites that will give players the opportunity to compete for roster spots during offseason workouts and training camp.
Brown, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Bengals back in 2018. He spent to years in Cincinnati before being signed by the Texans.
From there, Brown had brief stints with the Colts and Titans before the Chargers signed him to their practice squad last year.
In 2021, Brown appeared in two games for the Chargers and recorded one tackle.
