According to Ian Rapoport, the Chargers have signed S Shalom Luani to their practice squad.

Luani, 25, is a former seventh-round pick by the Raiders out of Washington State back in 2017. He was entering the second year of his four-year, $2.49 million rookie contract and set to make a base salary of $555,000 this season when he was traded to the Seahawks coming out of the preseason.
Seattle re-signed Luani as an exclusive rights free agent entering the 2019 season. However, he was waived by the Seahawks coming out of the preseason.
In 2017, Luani appeared in all 16 games for the Raiders and recorded 18 total tackles, two pass defenses, and no interceptions.
