The Chargers announced Wednesday they signed TE Ben Johnson to the active roster and waived LB Josh Corcoran in a corresponding move.

Johnson, 25, signed with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Kansas in 2018. He was waived by the team during final roster cuts at the end of the preseason.
During his four-year college career, Johnson caught 61 passes for 670 yards and two touchdowns in 31 games.
