The $20 million per year average makes Allen the NFL’s second-highest receiver in terms of salary behind Atlanta’s Julio Jones.
The deal includes up to $50 million total guaranteed, according to Jeremy Fowler.
Allen was entering the final year of his deal in 2020. He was set to make a base salary of $8.5 million in 2020.
The team confirmed the move with an announcement on Twitter.
