According to Adam Caplan, the Chargers are signing former Bengals LB Nick Vigil.
Vigil has been a starter the past few seasons in Cincinnati and should compete for a role in Los Angeles.
Vigil, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Bengals back in 2016. He just finished the final year of his four-year, $3.013 million contract and made a base salary $720,000 for the 2019 season.
In 2019, Vigil appeared in all 16 games for the Bengals and recorded 111 tackles, one sack, one interception, one forced fumble, two recoveries and five pass defenses. Pro Football Focus rated Vigil as the No. 62 linebacker out of 89 qualifying players.
