Conley recovered an onside kick and replays showed something pop in his calf. MRI tests confirmed that he sustained an Achilles injury.
Conley, 24, is a former third-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2015. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $3.123 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $615,000 and $705,000 over the next years of the agreement.
In 2017, Conley appeared in four games and caught eight passes for 129 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
