The Kansas City Chiefs announced that they have signed CB De’Vante Bausby.

Bausby, 23, originally signed on with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of Pittsburgh State back in May of 2015. He lasted just over a month in Kansas City before he waived and later signed to the Bears’ practice squad.
Chicago elected to bring him back on a future/reserve contract but he was once again added to their practice squad after being among their final roster cuts. The Bears promoted him to their active roster before cutting him loose and re-signing him to their practice squad once he cleared waivers.
In 2016, Bausby has appeared in three games and recorded 12 tackles and no interceptions.
