The Chiefs announced that they have placed FB James Baker and CB David Van Dyke on waivers following the signing of DT Jairus Campbell.

Baker, 23, signed on with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent back in May out of Idaho. During his two years at Idaho, he ran for 985 yards on 238 carries (4.1 YPC) and scored 11 total touchdowns.
Van Dyke, 23, was also an undrafted free agent when he signed with Kansas City out of Tennessee State. In his senior season, Van Dyke recorded 52 tackles and two interceptions over the course of 11 games.
