Bond suffered a torn quad during Week 4’s game against the Seahawks. He was filling for Ryan Kelly, who has been out since training camp, but was replaced by Adam Redmond after he went down with the injury just a few plays into the first quarter.
Bond, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Colts as an undrafted free agent out of Cincinnati back in May. He stands set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract.
In 2017, Bond appeared in four games for the Colts.
