Colts Place Rookie WR Parris Campbell On Injured Reserve

The Colts announced on Monday they have placed second-round rookie WR Parris Campbell on injured reserve.

Campbell has battled a variety of injuries this year and was never really able to get going. Indianapolis also officially placed K Adam Vinatieri on IR.

Campbell, 22, was drafted by the Colts in the second round out of Ohio State during the 2019 NFL Draft. He signed a four-year rookie deal worth $4.7 million with $2.7 million guaranteed.

In 2019, Campbell appeared in seven games for the Colts and caught 18 passes for 127 yards and a touchdown. He also carried the ball four times for 34 yards and totalled 175 kickoff return yards.
