The Indianapolis Colts announced Tuesday that they’ve promoted NT Joey Mbu to their active roster and placed WR Quan Bray on injured reserve.
Bray, 24, wound up signing on with the Colts as an undrafted free agent out of Auburn back in May of 2015. He spent his rookie season on the team’s practice squad but managed to make the 53-man roster in 2016.
Unfortunately, the Colts placed Bray on injured reserve in October of last year, but he returned to Indianapolis on a one-year, exclusive rights deal this past April.
In 2017, Bray appeared in nine games for the Colts and caught three passes for 39 yards receiving and no touchdowns. He also totaled 430 kick return yards and 90 punt return yards for Indianapolis.
