Colts Re-Sign ERFA S Rolan Milligan

The Indianapolis Colts announced that they have re-signed exclusive rights free-agent S Rolan Milligan to a one-year tender contract.

Milligan, 26, wound up signing with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Toledo in 2016. He was waived from their injured reserve with a settlement and signed with the Lions during the 2017 offseason.

Milligan was on and off of the Lions’ practice squad before the Colts later added him to their taxi squad in October of 2018. He re-signed on a futures deal for 2019 and joined the practice squad after being waived at the end of the preseason.

The Colts promoted him to their active roster in September of last year but was placed on season-ending injured reserve in December.

In 2019, Milligan appeared in 11 games and recorded 13 total tackles with no sacks or interceptions.
