The Indianapolis Colts announced Monday that they’ve re-signed G Isaiah Williams to their practice squad.
The Colts’ practice squad now consists of:
- QB Phillip Walker
- TE Mo Alie-Cox
- WR K.J. Brent
- DB Ronald Martin
- DB Denzel Rice
- DT Anthony Johnson
- WR Dres Anderson
- LB Joshua Perry
- DT Jeremy Liggins
- Gย Isaiah Williams
Williams, 24, originally signed on with the Redskins as an undrafted free agent out of Akron back in August of last year. He was among Washington’s final roster cuts coming out of the preseason and signed to the team’s practice squad.
The Redskins re-signed him to a one-year futures contract but was, once again, cut as the team trimmed their roster down to the 53-man limit. The Chiefs signed him to their practice squad shortly after.
The Colts elected to sign Williams off of the Chiefs’ practice squad before cutting him loose last week.
He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
