The Indianapolis Colts announced that they have signed OLB Arthur Miley to their practice squad on Tuesday.

The Colts’ practice squad now consists of:
- QB Phillip Walker
- TE Mo Alie-Cox
- DB Ronald Martin
- DB Denzel Rice
- WR Dres Anderson
- LB Joshua Perry
- GÂ Isaiah Williams
- OTÂ Andreas Knappe
- DT Jeremy Liggins
- WR Kolby Listenbee
- OLB Arthur Miley
Miley, 24, originally signed on with the Panthers as an undrafted free agent out of Southern University back in May of 2015. He was placed on injured reserve with a knee injury at the start of his rookie season.
The Panthers once again cut him loose coming out of the preseason later and it wasn’t until January that he signed a future/reserve contract with the Dolphins. However, he was waived to make room for Jay Cutler.
Miley has yet to appear in an NFL game.
