The Indianapolis Colts announced Monday that they’ve signed S Rolan Milligan to their practice squad and released LB Tegray Scales from the unit.

- OT De’Ondre Wesley
- TE Billy Brown
- DT DeShawn Williams
- LB Anthony Winbush

- S Rolan Milligan
Milligan, 24, wound up signing with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Toledo in 2016. He was, unfortunately, waived with an injury designation a few months later and later reverted to the team’s injured reserve list.
The Cowboys elected to waive him with an injury settlement. Milligan signed on with the Lions during the offseason but was waived coming out of the preseason
Milligan was on and off of the Lions’ practice squad before the Colts later added him to their taxi squad in October. He was recently promoted him to the Colts active roster only to be cut loose soon after.
During his one year at Toledo, Milligan record 34 tackles, two interceptions with one being returned for a touchdown, three pass defenses, and three forced fumbles.
