Lewis, 25, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Bowling Green back in 2016. He lasted just over two years in New York before he was waived at the start of the 2018 season.
The Titans later signed Lewis to their practice squad and brought him back on a futures contract this past January. Tennessee waived Lewis in May.
In 2017, Lewis appeared in 15 games for the Giants and caught 36 passes for 416 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
Silberman, 26, is a former sixth-round pick of the 49ers back in 2015. He lasted just over a year in San Francisco before he was waived at the start of the 2016 season.
Silberman has had brief stints with the Patriots, Raiders, Colts, Browns and Titans before the Raiders signed him off of the Titans’ practice squad in 2018.
After the Raiders waived Silberman in December, he caught on with the Panthers practice squad and was re-signed to a futures deal in 2019. Carolina waived Silberman last week.
In 2018, Silberman has appeared in two games for the Raiders.
