Colts Tried Out Former Falcons CB Jalen Collins

Update:

According to Howard Balzer, the Indianapolis Colts brought in two free agents for workouts on Wednesday, including CBs Jalen Collins and Dontae Johnson.

Field Yates reports that the Colts brought in former Falcons CB Jalen Collins for a workout on Wednesday.

This comes a day after Collins was reinstated from a 10-game suspension for violating the NFL policy on performance-enhancing substances before receiving an additional four-game suspension last December.

Collins, 25, is a former second-round pick of the Falcons back in 2015. He was in the third year of his four-year, $5.428 million contract and set to make base salaries of $928,439 and $1,175,159 over the next two years when the Falcons elected to cut him loose last season.

In 2016, Collins appeared in eight games and recorded 31 tackles, two interceptions and 10 pass defenses for the Falcons.
