Colts Tried Out LB Richard Jarvis

The Indianapolis Colts brought in free agent LB Richard Jarvis for a tryout on Tuesday, according to Howard Balzer.

Jarvis, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.71 million contract with the Falcons back in 2018 as an undrafted free agent out of Brown. He was set to make a base salary of $485,000 for the 2018 season when he was waived coming out of the preseason.

Jarvis later signed on to the Falcons’ practice squad and called him up a few days later. Unfortunately, the Falcons cut him loose soon and he had brief stints on the Jaguars and Bills’ practice squads.

In 2018, Jarvis was active for one game, but did not record a statistic.
