According to Jeremy Fowler, the Commanders have agreed to terms on an undrafted free agent deal with Fordham QB Tim Demorat.
He’d booked tryouts with a couple of teams at rookie minicamps but it looks like he’ll land in Washington.
Demorat, 23, was a five-year starter at Fordham and was first-team all-conference four times, as well as the Patriot League offensive player of the year in each of his final three seasons.
During his five-year college career, Demorat appeared in 48 games and made 46 starts. He completed 61.3 percent of his 1,685 career pass attempts for 13,461 yards, 123 touchdowns and 39 interceptions. He added 17 rushing touchdowns.
