Cowboys Sign Third-Round OL Connor McGovern

According to David Moore, the Cowboys have signed third-round OL Connor McGovern to a four-year rookie contract.

McGovern, 21, was the No. 90 overall pick in the third round by the Cowboys out of Penn State. He’s projected to receive a four-year, $3,402,116 rookie contract including an $882,116 signing bonus.

During his college career at Penn State, McGovern was a third-team All-Big 10 selection in 2018 and started 35 games over the course of three years.
