Pro Football Talk is reporting that Dolphins CB Bobby McCain is out 2-3 weeks after suffering a knee injury on Sunday.
Overall, it’s always good news when a knee injury turns to be a 2-3 week issue.
McCain, 25, is a former fifth-round pick by the Dolphins in the 2015 NFL Draft. He was entering the final year of a four-year, $2.508 million rookie contract when the Dolphins signed him to a four-year extension worth $27 million, including $13 million guaranteed.
In 2018, McCain has appeared in four games for the Dolphins and recorded 17 tackles, one interception and five pass defenses.
