Dolphins RB Knowshon Moreno Expected To Miss 4 Weeks With Dislocated Elbow

Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald confirms the report from Pro Football Talk that Dolphins RB Knowshon Moreno has a dislocated elbow, but adds that he could miss anywhere from 4-8 weeks.

Pro Football Talk reports that Dolphins RB Knowshon Moreno sustained a dislocated elbow during Sunday’s loss to the Bills.

As of now, the expectation is that Moreno will be sidelined for four weeks, according to PFT.

Dr. Mark Adickes mentions that Moreno’s elbow injury is similar to the one Bengals TE Tyler Eifert suffered last week, but there is a chance that he could have a fracture as well.

Moreno had an extremely impressive performance Week 1 performance against the Patriots in which he ran for 134 yards on 24 carries (5.6 YPC) and a touchdown. Lamar Miller should see plenty of action while he’s out.
