The Miami Dolphins officially re-signed exclusive rights free agent TE Jake Stoneburner on Tuesday.
Stoneburner, 26, wound up signing on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Ohio State back in 2013. He lasted just over a year in Green Bay before he was waived at the start of the 2014 season.
The Dolphins later signed him to their practice squad and brought him back on a future/reserve contract.
In 2015, Stoneburner appeared in 11 games for the Dolphins, catching five passes for 47 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
