According to Armando Salguero, the Dolphins are releasing long snapper John Denney.
Denney, 40, signed on with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of BYU back in 2005. He has gone on to play all 14 seasons of his career for the Dolphins.
Denney was in line to be an unrestricted free agent this offseason when he re-signed with the Dolphins in February.
In 2018, Denney appeared in all 16 games for the Dolphins and recorded four tackles on special teams.
