According to Aaron Nagler, the Dolphins have signed former Packers RB Rajion Neal to their practice squad.
The Dolphins have now signed two running backs to their practice squad after they added former Patriots RB Jonas Gray earlier in the evening.
Neal, 25, was signed by the Packers last year as an undrafted free agent out of Tennessee, but was waived during this past weekend’s roster cuts. During the preseason, Neal received 17 carries for 69 yards (4.1 YPC).
It will be interesting to see whether the Dolphins keep both running backs on their taxi squad for the duration of the season or if they’re looking to see which of them stands out most.
