Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Dolphins are signing Patriots CB Eric Rowe to a one-year contract worth $3.5 million.
Rowe, 26, is a former second-round pick of the Eagles back in 2015. He was traded to the Patriots for a conditional fourth-round pick in 2016.
Rowe made a base salary of $705,000 for the 2018 season and was testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
In 2018, Rowe appeared in four games for the Patriots and recorded 10 tackles, no interceptions and a pass defense.
