According to his agent Sean Stellato, the Miami Dolphins will sign WR Mike Rios to a one-year deal, per Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports.
Rios, a Marist graduate, went undrafted in 2013. He signed with the Cardinals, but failed to make the 53-man roster.
Rios possesses an intriguing size and speed combination, but he will likely face an uphill battle in training camp.
