CFL WR Duron Carter is meeting with the Minnesota Vikings Thursday and has a workout scheduled with them for Friday morning, according to Matt Miller of the Bleacher Report.
After that, Carter is expected to work out for the 49ers and Browns next week.
Carter has already worked out for the Colts and Buccaneers, so there is clearly a great deal of interest in the young receiver.
Previous reports mentioned that he could also meet with the Ravens, Seahawks, and Cardinals in the second leg of his tour.
Carter’s contract with the Montreal Alouettes ended a few months ago and he is now able to make visits with the NFL teams.
Carter, 23, caught 75 passes for 1,030 yards and seven touchdowns to go along with 40 yards rushing.
