Eagles Designate TE Dallas Goedert To Return From IR

The Philadelphia Eagles announced Wednesday that they’ve designated TE Dallas Goedert to return from injured reserve.

This opens a three-week window of time for the Eagles to activate him from injured reserve and add him to their 53-man roster.

Goedert suffered a left ankle fracture last month and was later placed on injured reserve.

Goedert, 28, is a former second-round pick of the Eagles back in 2018. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $5,624,271 contract and stands to make a base salary of $991,297 for the 2020 season.

Entering today’s game Goedert has appeared in two games for the Eagles and caught 12 passes for 131 yards receiving and one touchdown.
