Eagles Release CB C.J. Smith From Practice Squad, Sign OT Victor Salako

The Philadelphia Eagles announced Tuesday that they’ve signed OT Victor Salako to their practice squad and released CB C.J. Smith from the unit.

The Eagles’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. C Josh Andrews (Exception)
  2. TE Billy Brown
  3. LB Nate Gerry
  4. T Dillon Gordon
  5. DT Justin Hamilton
  6. RB Byron Marshall
  7. QB Nate Sudfeld
  8. WR Bryce Treggs (Exception)
  9. WR Greg Ward
  10. OT Victor Salako

Salako, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Eagles as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma State back in May. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract when the Broncos cut him loose coming out of the preseason.
