Eagles Sign DL Brandon Bair To A One-Year, $675K Extension

Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Eagles have signed DL Brandon Bair to a one-year extension worth $675,000 in recent days.

Bair will now be under team control through the 2016 season. His contract includes a $100,000 signing bonus and a $50,000 workout bonus.

Bair, 30, originally signed on with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon back in 2011. He spent a little over a year in Kansas City before he later caught on with the Raiders.

The Eagles wound up signing him to their practice squad at the start of the 2013 season and brought him back on a future/reserve deal in January.

In 2014, Bair appeared in all 16 games for Philadelphia and recorded 17 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and a pass defense.
