The Philadelphia Eagles announced the signing of ILB Najee Goode on Tuesday, as well as the release of OL Julian Vandervelde.

Philadelphia had to bring in some inside linebacker help with Kiko Alonso sustained another injury to his surgically repaired knee and Mychal Kendricks also injured.
Goode, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Buccaneers back in 2012. He lasted just a year in Tampa Bay before he was later claimed off of waivers by the Eagles. Philadelphia was reportedly shopping him around for a late-round draft pick, but wound up releasing him to get down to 53 players a few weeks back.
In 2014, Goode was limited to appearing in just one game for the Eagles after he was placed on season-ending injured reserve with a pectoral injury.
