Falcons Sign OT Cameron Bradfield

As part of a flurry of roster moves, the Atlanta Falcons signed former Jaguars OT Cameron Bradfield, according to Vaughn McClure.

The Falcons placed OT Lamar Holmes, and C Joe Hawley on season-ending injured reserve Tuesday, making it critical to bring in additional bodies on the offensive line.

Bradfield, 27, spent three seasons with the Jaguars before being placed on waivers in mid-September.  He started the team’s first two games of the season, but struggled mightily in both appearances.

Bradfield, 27, signed a two-year, $3 million contract with the Jaguars back in early March. He had a base salary of $1.225 million for the 2014 season. Last year, he appeared in 14 games for Jacksonville and was among the worst offensive tackles in the league, according to PFF.
