Callaway served his four-game suspension for a violation of the NFL’s substance-abuse policy before being activated in October. He was later suspended for 10 games for another substance-abuse violation.

Callaway, 23, is a former fourth-round pick of the Browns back in 2018. He agreed to a four-year, $3,177,856 contract that included a $717,856 signing bonus.

The Browns waived Callaway during the season.

In 2019, Callaway appeared in four games and caught eight passes for 89 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
