Mike Garafolo reports that the Giants are expected to sign free agent CB Brandon Williams.
Garafolo adds that Williams is currently visiting the Giants and must go through screening protocols before officially signing.
Williams, 27, is a former third-round pick by the Cardinals in the 2016 NFL Draft out of Texas A&M. He was entering the final year of his four-year rookie contract when Arizona waived him with an injury designation.
In 2018, Williams appeared in all 16 games for the Cardinals and recorded 15 total tackles, two pass defenses, and no interceptions to go along with 192 kickoff return yards.
