Giants Place TE Evan Engram On IR, Promote WR David Sills

The New York Giants announced Tuesday that they’ve officially placed TE Evan Engram on injured reserve, ending his 2019 season. 

The Giants also promoted WR David Sills to their active roster and signed OT Nate Wozniak to their practice squad.

  3. TE Garrett Dickerson
  4. WR Alex Bachman
  5. DB Derrick Baity
  6. WR Reggie White Jr
  7. DB Rashaan Gaulden
  8. C Tanner Volson
  9. P Sean Smith
  10. OT Nate Wozniak

Engram, 25, is a former first-round pick of the Giants back in 2017. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $10.71 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $1.43 and $1.92 million over the next two years of the agreement.

The Giants will have a fifth-year option to pick up in 2021.

In 2019, Engram appeared in eight games for the Giants and caught 44 passes for 467 yards receiving and three touchdowns.
