The New York Giants announced Thursday that they’ve signed OL Zac Kerin and waived OL Ethan Cooper.
Kerin, 26, wound up signing on with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of Toledo back in May of 2014. He spent his first year on the Vikings’ practice squad before returning to the team on a future/reserve contract after the season.
Kerin signed a one-year exclusive rights contract with the Vikings last year, but was waived coming out of the preseason and later claimed off of waivers by the Lions. Unfortunately, Detroit declined to tender him a qualifying offer this past March.
In 2017, Kerin was active for one game.
