The New York Giants announced Thursday that they’ve signed sixth-round CB Corey Ballentine to a four-year contract.
This leaves just four unsigned draft picks from the Giants’ 2019 class including:

Ballentine was involved in a shooting a day after the draft in which he suffered non-life threatening. Tragically, Ballentine’s friend and teammate Dwane Simmons was killed in the incident.
Ballentine, 5โ11/196, was taken in the sixth round of this year’s draft by the Giants. According to OverTheCap.com, he receives a four-year, $2,705,592 contract that includes a $185,592 signing bonus.
During his final year at Washburn, Ballentine recorded 50 tackles, two forced fumbles, three interceptions, four pass defenses, and three blocked kicks.
