Giants Worked Out 6 Players Including S Ed Reynolds

According to Aaron Wilson, the New York Giants brought in six players for tryouts on Tuesday including S Ed Reynolds.

The full list of tryouts for the Giants includes:

  1. QB Brandon Bridge
  2. OL Freddie Burden
  3. WR Nic Demski
  4. WR Amba Etta-Tawo
  5. DB Malik Golden
  6. S Ed Reynolds

Of this group, the Giants signed Etta-Tawo to their practice squad.

Reynolds, 25, is a former fifth-round pick by the Eagles in the 2014 NFL Draft. He bounced on and off Philadelphia’s practice squad before being signed by the Browns to their practice squad in September of 2016.

Cleveland eventually promoted him to their active roster, but later decided to waive him with an injury designation. The Browns would release Reynolds from injured reserve with an injury settlement less than a week later.

In 2016, Reynolds appeared in 10 games for the Browns and recorded 43 total tackles, one sack, and one pass defense.
