Jordan Schultz of ESPN reports that the Jaguars are hosting free agent OT Cedric Ogbuehi for a visit on Friday.
Jacksonville has an obvious need at right tackle after they released Jermey Parnell last week, so this is certainly something to keep an eye on in the coming days.
This is the first reported interest in him since the free agent market officially opened.
Ogbuehi, 26, is a former first-round pick out of Texas A&M by the Bengals in the 2015 NFL Draft. He played out the final year of his four-year, $9,325,682 million rookie contract that contained $8,728,997 fully guaranteed and made a base salary of $1,706,684 million in 2018.
The Bengals declined to pick up his fifth-year option for the 2019 season, which is why he’s testing the market as an unrestricted free agent.
In 2018, Ogbuehi appeared in all 16 games for the Bengals, but played just 54 snaps.
