Ryan, 27, is a former fourth-round pick of the Packers back in 2015. He was placed on injured reserve in August of last year with a torn ACL and missed the entire 2018 season as he recovered.
He signed a contract with Jacksonville back in March as an unrestricted free agent. He started the season on the non-football injury list and played in only two games for Jacksonville this season, recording no stats.
In 2017, Ryan appeared in 15 games for the Packers and recorded 81 tackles, one sack, a forced fumble and a recovery.
