The Jacksonville Jaguars have released K Kai Forbath on Tuesday, according to Daniel Popper.
This comes a week after the Jaguars locked up K Josh Lambo to a four-year extension.
Forbath, 31, originally signed on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of back in 2011. Forbath had brief stints with the Buccaneers, Redskins, Saints and Vikings before signing on with the Jaguars last December.
In 2018, Forbath appeared in three games for the Jaguars and converted 4 of 5 field goal attempts (80 percent) to go along with all three extra point attempts.
