Jaguars Unlikely To Retain GM Gene Smith Next Season

Adam Caplan of The Sideline View tweets that current Jaguars GM Gene Smith will not be back next season.

This may not be all that surprising, considering the current state of the Jaguars franchise and the fact that Shad Khan bought the team just a little over a year ago. It will be interesting to see if current head coach Mike Mularkey survives another season or if they look start a complete overhaul.

Khan reportedly wants to bring in Tim Tebow next season, so any new GM would have to be willing to appease his decision.
