According to Howard Balzer, the Jacksonville Jaguars worked out free agent P A.J. Hughes.
This is the second punter tryout for the Jaguars this week, as they appear to be taking a look at left-footed punters in preparation for their game against the Patriots this weekend.
Hughes, 24, signed a futures contract with the Steelers back in February of last year but was unfortunately waived a few months later.
During his four-year college career at Virginia Tech, Hughes totaled 12,962 punt yards on 310 attempts (41.8 YPA) over the course of 52 games.
