The New York Jets announced the signing of WR/KR Jeremy Ross on Friday.

Adam Caplan of ESPN reports that the Jets are expected to sign WR/KR Jeremy Ross to a contract, pending a physical.
Ross, 28, originally signed on with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent out of California back in 2011. He played briefly for the Colts before joining the Packers in October of 2012.
The Lions would later sign him to a contract and give him an opportunity to their kick returner where Ross showed some ability. However, he was among the team’s final roster cuts before signing on to the Ravens’ practice squad.
Ross eventually signed on with the Raiders and finished out the year in Oakland. However, they didn’t tender him a contract as a restricted free agent.
In 2015, Ross 11 games and totaled nine receptions for 88 yards receiving to go along with 205 kick return yards and 109 punt return yards.
